Engagement

Engagement. Empowering People to Contribute.

Engaging with people who will use a product, service, or system during the design and development of that product, service, or system is a pretty obvious starting point for many. But in practice, people often find themselves with questions like: ‘who should we engage?’, ‘how do we engage?’, and ‘what questions should we ask?’.

Aaron’s approach to engagement was developed through his PhD research which looked at many different models for engaging people in the design of products, systems and services that affect them. His academic and on-the-ground experience in planning and executing successful engagement with complex stakeholder groups can help you answer the questions you may have, and, find out the questions you may not have even thought to ask yet.

Whether you’re looking at developing a strategy for public or community engagement, or perhaps thinking about how you might better engage with your customers or users, get in touch to talk about how a better engagement strategy might benefit you.
